Registration and Refund Policy

​Registration is accepted on a first-come first serve basis. Payments must be up to date for your athlete to be permitted on the floor. Returned payments will be charged an NSF fee of $25.00.


Classes with insufficient registrants are subject to cancellation or we may choose to combine classes. 

Refunds may only be issued up to 2 weeks prior to your campers start date to allow time to fill our camp spots. No refund will be issued past the 2 weeks prior to your campers start date except in the event of an injury or serious illness and only if a doctor’s note is presented. Refunds or credits will not be issued for those missing class due to sickness. Please allow 3 weeks for processing refund cheques and note that a $25.00 administration charge will be retained by NPGA.
