Gymnastic/Ninja and Parkour Birthday Parties
Ages Toddler to 5 (not in kindergarten)
(To maintain appropriate Coach to Athlete ratio for our coach certification and insurance please read the options below for booking capacities)
Spend one hour in the gym with our fully trained gymnastics instructors (2 coaches per party). This is a structured party in our gym space and does require parent participation. The birthday package includes one hour in the gym and up to one hour in the party room. The party room is located upstairs in our facility with washroom facilities available in the adjacent viewing area. Birthday parties are booked overlapping. There is no set up or take down time in the party room and parties are asked to clean up after themselves when leaving. The Party Room is set up with neutral party decorations for all of our parties to enjoy.
What is included during the 1 hour gym time (activities may differ depending on age and ability of participants):
Large group game and warm up activities/stretching
3-4 age appropriate stations or circuits (using stations or circuits or large equipment)
Foam Pit time
Toddler and Preschool exploration time using small equipment such as balls, scarves, tunnels, ride ons etc
Cool Down game
Ages 5-12 (Grade K-6)

Parties
Parties are available on Saturday evenings and Sundays.
Ninja and Parkour parties are available twice a month on Saturdays. For insurance and certification requirements please book these parties in the assigned slots. All other slots are for artistic gymnastics parties.
Guidelines
- Guest list including participants names (first and last), grade/age and phone numbers must be provided prior to the start of the party for insurance purposes
- Only participants listed on the guest list will be permitted in the gym area
- 1 parent/guardian is permitted in the gym area to take photos, other parent/guardians/family may view the party from the viewing deck. Exceptions for participants who require extra assistance to participate and preschool booked parties
- Due to Coach to Participant ratio requirements to maintain coach certifications and insurance we will not be able to accept more participants then the booking allows
- If booking a school age party and you have children who are not school age please be aware this will lower your party capacity
- Bare feet only and hair pulled back
- No jewelry, loose clothing, zippers, strings or DRESSES/FOOTED TIGHTS
Liability Insurance
- Birthday party participants who are not already club members, are considered one‐time visitors but do not
pay the one‐time visitor (non‐member) fee. Birthday parties are required to pay a flat $6.50 liability fee to cover all non members at a party - Only liability insurance (not sport accident insurance) is provided for one‐time visitors at birthday parties.
- Full GymBC insurance coverage is provided to any registered club members at birthday parties.

Up to 10 participants (including the birthday child) $200.00 + $6.50/liability insurance (GymBC Fee), Children 3 and under must participate with a parent or guardian within arms reach over the age of 16.
Up to 20 participants Gr K + (including the birthday child) $300.00 + $6.50/liability insurance (GymBC Fee), all children must participate with a parent or guardian within arms reach over the age of 16.
Non Members (Birthday child is not or has not been registered in classes this season)
Up to 10 participants Gr K+ (including the birthday child) $220.00 + $6.50/liability insurance (GymBC Fee), Children 3 and under must participate with a parent or guardian within arms reach over the age of 16.
Up to 20 participants Gr K + (including the birthday child) $320.00 + $6.50/liability insurance (GymBC Fee), all children must participate with a parent or guardian within arms reach over the age of 16.

Christmas Parties
Come and celebrate at NPGA! Our certified coaches will help guide your party through games, gymnastic activities and free play in our brand new 8000 square foot facility. Leave all the fuss and muss to us.
Parties include:
Up to 1.5 hour of coach-led gym time and 30 minutes of parent-led party room time.
Please no wall decorations
Parties are booked 30 minutes apart, no early arrivals and please be prompt at the end of your party as the coach needs the time to quickly clean tables etc. and prepare for the next party coming in.
Guidelines
- Children under 3 must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times, for parties with children under the age of 3 parents will be asked to stay with them in the gym
- Adults are not allowed in the gym (unless accompanying a child under the age of 3) but can watch all the fun from both the party room and the viewing area
- Bare feet only and hair pulled back

Please note the foam pit is not accessible at all times for parties with only 1 coach.

- Parties up to 12 children $275.00 (incl. 2 coach)
- Parties up to 22 children $325.00 (incl. 2 coaches)
- Parties up to 30 children $375.00 (incl. 3 coaches)
