We are very excited to announce our newest program Active Start Gym & Learn.
Gym & Learn is a 2 hour parent drop off program for participants aged 3-5 years old. All participants need to be potty trained. Our Gym & Learn program is taught by our Certified Active Start Coaches and our Early Childhood Educator. Participants will spend time in the gym working on fundamental movement skills, gymnastics and yoga through different movement-based activities, music, games, circuits and more. Each day will include Active Start theme based gymnastic instruction and multipurpose room activities that include snack time and activities that promote physical literacy and gymnastics.
