All families participating in a Recreational Gymnastics class (GFA) will require a Fundraising/commitment bond of $50 per session (Fall, Winter or Spring) This bond is included in your on line registration. Fundraising and commitment opportunities will be posted on our Facebook page, sent via mailing list and posted on the bulletin board.
- Bonds are satisfied by committing to one hour, or by fundraising $100.00 during each session in which your children participate. You will have access to a minimum of two fundraisers per session.
- You may carry over excess fundraising credits to the next session, but all fundraising credits will expire on June 30 of the current calendar year and are not redeemable for cash.
- An NSF charge of $25 will be applied to all returned cheques and credit cards that have been entered into the system within a 5 days period with a decline each time.
- If the commitment or fundraising is not completed by the end of the current session a $50 fee will be added to your account and your child will be unable to participate in a future gymnastic session till the fee has been paid.
(Fundraising forms and payments turned in during reception hours can be paid by cash, cheque or card. Orders dropped off outside of reception hours are to be paid by cash or cheque and dropped in the locked blue mailbox in the main lobby. Please place orders in an envelop or ziplock bag)
Hell’s Half Acre Coffee (Order forms can be picked up under the fundraising board in the lobby) Orders forms are due Friday April 24th and/or Friday May 29th
Happy Hippo (Order forms will be sent home during the first 2 weeks of classes) Order forms are due NO LATER then Saturday April 18th.
Booster Juice (Order forms can be picked up under the fundraising board in the lobby) Orders forms are due Friday April 24th and/or Friday May 29th. Vouchers are $5.50/each and can be redeemed for 1 regular (large) size Booster Juice
Lone Wolf 2020 Discount Card (Order forms can be picked up under the fundraising board in the lobby) Discount cards are $25.00 and are available until sold out.
