All families participating in a Recreational Gymnastics class (GFA) will require a volunteer bond of $50 postdated until the end of the session (Fall, Winter or Spring) This bond is included in your on line registration. Fundraising and volunteer opportunities will be posted on our Facebook page, sent via mailing list and posted on the bulletin board.
- Bonds are satisfied by volunteering one hour, or by fundraising $100.00 during each session in which your children participate. You will have access to a minimum of two fundraisers per session.
- You may carry over excess fundraising credits to the next session, but all fundraising credits will expire on June 30 of the current calendar year and are not redeemable for cash.
- An NSF charge of $25 will be applied to all returned cheques and credit cards that have been entered into the system within a 5 days period with a decline each time.
- If the volunteer or fundraising is not completed by the end of the current session a $50 fee will be added to your account and your child will be unable to participate in a future gymnastic session till the fee has been paid.
