Gymnastic Birthday Parties

Get ready to swing, jump, and tumble into the best birthday ever! Our gymnastics birthday parties include one full hour of guided gymnastics time, where party-goers will enjoy exciting games, creative circuits, and the thrill of playing in our giant foam pit. Each party is tailored to the birthday child’s age, so everyone has a safe and fun experience.  

After all that energy, the celebration continues with a second hour in our upstairs party room, led by parents. Bring your own food, cake, and supplies to make it your own! Parents are welcome to add tablecloths and tabletop decorations, but please note: no wall decorations or pinatas are allowed. There’s also no extra time for set-up or take-down, so be ready to dive right into the party.

To keep the fun rolling smoothly, here are a few party rules:
✨ Hair must be tied back, shoes off, and please wear comfy clothes without zippers or buttons (no dresses and/or tights).
✨ Children aged 3 and under need an adult (16+) with them at all times.
✨ Kids 4 and up join the fun without a parent/guardian.
✨ Parties are structured—not free play—so guests must stay with the group and follow activities.

Our goal is to create a safe, exciting, and laughter-filled celebration your child will never forget!

Guidelines

• Guest list including participants names (first and last), grade/age and phone numbers must be provided prior to the start of the party for insurance purposes
• Only participants listed on the guest list will be permitted in the gym area
• 1 parent/guardian is permitted in the gym area to take photos, other parent/guardians/family may view the party from the viewing deck.  Exceptions for participants who require extra assistance to participate and preschool booked parties
• Due to Coach to Participant ratio requirements to maintain coach certifications and insurance we will not be able to accept more participants than the booking allows 

Birthday Party Price List

Birthday Party (up to 10 participants): $200.00

GymBC Insurance Fee (per participant): $6.50

Birthday party participants who are not already club members, are considered one-time visitors but do not have to pay the one-time visitor (non-member) fee. 

Only liability insurance (not sport accident insurance) is provided for one-time visitors at birthday parties. Visitors and their parents should be properly informed of this. 

• GymBC’s accident insurance coverage is provided to registered club members that attend birthday parties at that club. 

Christmas Parties

Come and celebrate at NPGA! Our certified coaches will help guide your party through games, gymnastic activities and free play in our brand new 8000 square foot facility. Leave all the fuss and muss to us.

Parties include:

Up to 1.5 hour of coach-led gym time and 30 minutes of parent-led party room time.

Please no wall decorations
Parties are booked 30 minutes apart, no early arrivals and please be prompt at the end of your party as the coach needs the time to quickly clean tables etc. and prepare for the next party coming in.

Guidelines

• Children under 3 must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times, for parties with children under the age of 3 parents will be asked to stay with them in the gym
• Adults are not allowed in the gym (unless accompanying a child under the age of 3) but can watch all the fun from both the party room and the viewing area
• Bare feet only and hair pulled back
• No jewelry, loose clothing, zippers, strings or DRESSES/FOOTED TIGHTS
• Guest list including participants names and phone numbers must be provided prior to the start of the party for insurance purposes

Fees

• Parties up to 12 children     $275.00  (incl. 2 coach)
• Parties up to 22 children     $325.00  (incl. 2 coaches)
• Parties up to 30 children     $375.00  (incl. 3 coaches)
